JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 30-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Grievance of the petitioner is that though he has retired in the year 2012, part of the ritiral dues has not been paid as yet.
In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 2) by filing a representation along with a copy of this order setting out his claim. In such case, let the respondent no. 2 examine the matter
Patna High Court CWJC No.8903 of 2014 (2) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 and if he satisfied that the retiral dues and other dues of the petitioner has not been paid then immediate step for payment of the same should be taken.
It is expected that the entire exercise should be completed within three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
