The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.346 of 2017 registered under Section 386 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioners in the first information report that they came to the house of the informant, opened fire, threatened him to pay Rangdari as also the fact stated in paragraph-3 of the petition that they have been made accused in several other cases, I am not inclined to grant them prearrest bail. Their application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same
