2. Permission is accorded. This anticipatory bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3. However, if petitioner surrenders before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned Court below, without being prejudiced by this order, shall examine the same on its own merit and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
