JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 In this application, the petitioner has filed an application for granting remission of Rs 1, 11, 043.52 i.e. 62, 384 unit by Bihar State Electricity Board, as has been claimed by the petitioner that only Rs. 14, 469/- has been reduced. Claim has been made by the petitioner for proportionate reduction on the ground that the unit could not utilize the electric energy beyond its control and as such, in terms of clause 13 of the agreement the petitioner is entitled to proportionate reduction in A M G charge with respect to the period of none utilizing of electric power beyond its control. He has further mentioned that he has filed representation along with a duly prescribed form before the General Manager cum Chief Engineer, Koshi Area Electricity Board, Saharsa.
Patna High Court CWJC No.4271 of 1998 (8) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 Claim has been made of remission in A.M.G. as well as Maximum Demand charges for that the petitioner has filed a representation.
Neither learned counsel for the petitioner is present nor learned counsel for the respondents is present to assist the Court in the present case.
In such view of the matter, this court directs the General Manager cum Chief Engineer, Koshi Area Electricity Board, Saharsa to dispose of the representation if nay pending, filed by the petitioner.
With this observation, this petition is accordingly disposed of.
