Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1335 of 2015/Registration No.1534 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the co-accused Ramuna Devi and Lalji Singh cheated the complainant as they without having any right and title sold the land to the complainant after taking consideration money of Rs.2,50,000/-. The allegation against these petitioners is that they witnessed the document. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21904 of 2018 (2) dt.27-04-2018 learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this is purely a civil dispute between the complainant and the vendors. These petitioners have put their signature as witness on the request of the husband of the complainant.

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the likewise amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Complaint Case No.1335 of 2015/Registration No.1534 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
