2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a), 56(b), 32(I)(II) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 0.93 liter of foreign liquor has been recovered from the basement of house of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Court No. III, Patna in connection with District Patna Excise P.S. Case No. 524 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
