Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No.6 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of a minor girl. The victim has supported the aforesaid allegation against the petitioner and others in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28309 of 2020(2) dt.08-12-2020 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
