2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction upon the respondent concerned to ensure the payment of earned leave to the tune of Rs. 87,710/- upon being his superannuation from the post of Orderly while working in the Bihar State Forest Development Corporation,

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that despite the superannuation of the petitioner way back in the year 2007, he has not been accorded his rightful amount of earned leave, compelling him to approach before this Court.

4. Learned Advocate for the Corporation submits that a counter affidavit has been filed duly sworn by the Forest Produce Overseer on the authorization being made by the Chief Conservator of Forest-cum-Managing Direction, Bihar Patna on 05.12.2022, but without the final update. However, subsequent thereto, he has been instructed that the admissible amount of the leave encahsment to the tune of Rs. 87,710/- has already been paid to the petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions made at the bar, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the writ petition.

6. Suffice it to observe that in case the petitioner has still any grievance, the petitioner may approach before the Managing Direction of the corporation, who shall consider the claim of the petitioner and disposed of the same.

7. The writ petition stands dispose off.
