The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Special Case No. 85 of 2020 arising out of Khusrupur P.S. Case No.185 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 20(ii)© of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
