The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 15.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20523 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some difficulty, the petitioner could not deposit the rest amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (ten lacs) within the stipulated period and requests that the same may be extended for further two months.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the order dated 15.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20523 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the rest amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- as aforesaid

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30319 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 shall be paid within a period of two months from today in equal instalments.

The order dated 15.02.2023 is modified only to the above extent.
