JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Tariyani P.S. Case No. 194 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is case of theft of motorcycle of the informant in the night on 04-12-2018.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that during course of investigation, name of petitioner has come come on the basis of his confessional statement. Petitioner is in custody since 26-02-2019. Chargesheet has been submitted. However, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that during course of investigation, name of petitioner has come and petitioner has got

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the bail application stands dismissed.
