2. The petitioner is aggrieved by non-encashment of his cheque of Rs. 68,000/- given by the concerned PACS.
3. In the aforesaid background, the Court finds that the present application is thoroughly misconceived. The remedy to the petitioner is to move before the appropriate forum for recovery of his money from the authority/person which had issued the cheque
Patna High Court CWJC No.11558 of 2019 dt.25-11-2019 2/2 and in the considered opinion of the Court, the matter is not required to be interfered with in the Court's writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
