Patna High Court CWJC No.7891 of 2023(2) dt.12-10-2023 2/2 Samastipur in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 27 of 2022-23, petitioners have already filed Jamabandi Cancellation Appeal No. 100/2022 before the Collector, Samastipur (annexure 13), which is pending till date.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, let respondent no.4 dispose of the application of the petitioner contained in annexure 13, by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

3. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
