2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 270 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 64, 81, 318(4) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant is a married woman and she had made allegation that the petitioner had sexual relation with the informant on the pretext of marriage and thereafter they got married in a temple. It is also alleged that the petitioner had cheated the victim.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 22.10.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working in a finance company and because the loan amount of the informant's husband was not released, this

6. He further submits that the victim had also filed a case against some other persons for kidnapping and rape.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with S.T. No. 75 of 2025 arising out of Bakri P.S. Case No. 270 of 2024.
