JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1). That the instant writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of "Mandamus"
commanding and directing the respondents authorities to pay all the following retrial benefits to the petitioner forthwith:- i. Fixation of pension as per 3rd M.A.C.P Grade pay scale PU 2+4600 (Grade pay).
ii. Dues salary as per 3rd M.A.C.P Grade pay scale PU 2 + 4600 (Grade pay) since February 2014
Patna High Court CWJC No.7845 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2024 2/2 and arrear thereof.
iii. Payment of G.P.F and leave encashment benefits as per 3rd M.A.C Grade Pay scale.
iv. Differences of salary since February 2014 as per 3rd M.A.C.P.
Grade pay scale.
v. All of the dues of the petitioner admissible with 12% interest thereon.
vi. Other dues amount including interest."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the grievances of the petitioner has now stood redressed, hence the present writ petition be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
