ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-02-2016 The Petitioner, which the State, seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party by order dated 15.9.2009 passed in Cr.Misc.No.28996 of 2009 arising out of Jandaha P.S. case No.120 of 2008 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur on the ground that the Opposite Party has been repeatedly indulging in similar activities.

On this submission, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party but even the mother said that she did not know where her son was.

Be that as it may, in view of the clear case of misuse of privilege of bail on behalf of the Opposite Party, who was indulged in similar activities, the application is allowed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3894 of 2015 dt.12-02-2016 2/2 The Court below is directed to take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Opposite Party.
