JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Moro P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017, registered under Sections 302 and 210/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws and disposed of her dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 are sister-in-law, mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant, and they have falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37515 of 2017 (3) dt.21-09-2017 while the marriage of the deceased was performed before 14 years, which would appear from the F.I.R. Further submission is that, in fact, under the Indira Awash Shceme, the deceased was selected and she received the money for constructing the house, but the husband of the deceased used the said amount for purchasing the land due to that reason she committed suicide by hanging. Moreover, Ranjit Sahni, husband of the deceased, is already in custody.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-8, Darbhanga, in connection with Moro P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
