JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-11-2016 It appears from the order dated 14.09.2007 passed by the Block Supply Officer, Belhar, Banka, as contained in Annexure-1 that, since the petitioner was absconding in a criminal case he was unable to run the PDS Shop, his shop was attached with some other PDS dealer.
However, now the petitioner submits that he has been acquitted of charges vide Annexure-2 by a Court of competent jurisdiction and, thereafter, he has filed an application before the Licensing Authority for renewal of his licence no. 2/95 and resumption of allotments.
Patna High Court CWJC No.17255 of 2015 dt.24-11-2016 Accordingly, let the Sub-divisional Officer, Banka take a decision in this regard in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
This writ petition stands disposed of.
