The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

From the house of the petitioner, foreign liquor was recovered.

Considering the presumption of law under Section 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act against the petitioner as well as consequent bar of prayer for anticipatory bail under Section 76(2) of the Act, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail. Hence,
