BAJANTHRI) 10-10-2022 Order dated 19.07.2022 reads as under:- "Learned counsel for the respondents Mrs. Kanak Verma, CGC accept notice for respondents. The concerned respondents is hereby directed to file counter affidavit producing all the relevant documents which were sent to CFSL in the guise of fact that the petitioner is stated to have manipulated in the process of selection so as to apprise report of the CFSL.

Re-list this matter on 13.09.2022."

Aforesaid order has not been complied even to this date.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that department has entrusted the present file to him recently. It is an internal arrangement of the department to engage any of the counsel that may not be in hurdle in complying the order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.7749 of 2022(6) dt.10-10-2022 2/2 19.07.2022. Therefore, Respondent-Department are hereby directed to pay cost of Rs. 10,000/- for non-compliance of the order dated 19.07.2022. Cost shall be remitted in the High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna High Court, Patna. Re-list this matter for compliance of the aforesaid order on 05.12.2022, as a last chance.
