The petitioners seek quashing of order dated 03.10.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Sheikhpura, whereby the application preferred for discharge has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has very fairly stated that after the framing of the charge, several witnesses have been examined but the case has not yet concluded.

This Court would not like to entertain the present petition at this stage. However, the court below is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7785 of 2016(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 conclude the trial as early as possible and without any delay. With the aforesaid observation, the petition is dismissed.
