If the petitioner has not received the payment as is the stand of the counsel for the petitioner, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the District Provident Fund Officer, Madhubani with a copy of this order. The District Provident Fund Officer, Madhubani will verify the position with regard to none payment. If it is found that the payment has not accrued for one

Patna High Court CWJC No.5962 of 2014 dt.05-02-2016 reason or the other remedial steps will be taken. All must be done within three months.
