We have seen the records of LPA No 691 of 1996 which arose out of CWJC No 2208 of 1996 disposed of on 25.06.1996. It is this order passed in the writ petition which is sought to be impugned. The LPA was ultimately dismissed by this Bench on 16.12.2015, as not pressed.
