Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State It is submitted that due to slip-up by the office clerk said case was not marked in the cause list on 14.11.2017, resulting, the counsel of the petitioners namely Aaruni Singh could not reach the Hon'ble Court on time when the case was called out, resulting, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. It is submitted that the petitioners will suffer irreparable loss and injury. The counsel of the petitioners as well as clerk undertake that in future they will always remain vigilant.
