The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief.
"1(i) For a direction to the respondent authorities to comply the order dated 13.02.2023 passed in Case No. 84 (M) 2023 by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Patna whereby and whereunder the respondent no. 7 is directed to take
Patna High Court CWJC No.7910 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 legal action against respondents no.
8 and 9 who have encroached the public land."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach both the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Patna as also the District Magistrate, Patna for compliance of the aforesaid order dated 13.02.2023 passed in Case No. 84(M)2023. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
