For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Raghvendra Kumar Singh, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.07.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 27207 of 2016, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Katihar (Town) P.S. case No.149 of 2012, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 and 504 of the I.P.C. and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks and furnish bail bond.

Due to inadvertence of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the original petition (Cr.Misc.No.27207 of 2016) the name of father of the petitioner has been typed as "Arun Mandal", whereas it should have been "Arun Jaiswal @ Arun Mandal".

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41359 of 2016 (2) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 Let the name of father of the petitioner be read as "Arun Jaiswal @ Arun Mandal".

It is prayed on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that further time may be extended so that the petitioner could surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same.

The order dated 11.07.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 27207 of 2016, is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.

Let this order be communicated to the learned court below through e-mail.
