2. The petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2025 along with co-accused Basant Kumar in Cr. Misc. No. 79179 of 2024.

3. While granting bail to the petitioners, it was observed by this Court that before accepting the bail bond of the petitioners, the learned court below shall verify their criminal antecedents.

4. On verification, the learned court below found one case against the petitioner Hitesh Kumar, i.e., Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2023. It appears that the petitioner obtained the bail order, after concealing his criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, presently, the petitioner is not entitled for the privileges of bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
