JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-02-2016 The issue is with regard to non-grant of N.O.C. to the petitioner for pursuing his Ph.D. course. Since then the stand of the University as well as facts have undergone a change. It is the stand of the counsel representing the University that the University is willing to consider and grant N.O.C. to the petitioner since most of the teachers who were earlier granted N.O.C. have already returned. Let the petitioner file an application for grant of N.O.C. which will be considered by the University preferably within a period of two weeks. The Vice-Chancellor of the University will pass appropriate order so that the petitioner can pursue his studies without let and hindrance now.
