The matter relates to irregularity in the voter-list prepared for the Basarhi Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society election in the district of Gaya held in the year 2014. That the election has already taken place, the issue raised in this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Should the petitioner be aggrieved by the irregularity complained of in the next election he shall be at liberty to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
