2. It seems to be a misconceived application.

3. By order dated 09.10.2023 passed in Cr. Revision No. 1269 of 2016, this Court simply refused to interfere with the judgment dated 05.11.2016 passed by learned court below in Miscellaneous Case No. 62 of 2022 whereby and whereunder upon consideration of an application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 1, the learned court was pleased to direct the petitioner to pay Rs. 5,000/- per month from the date of institution of the case.

4. It is evident from the order passed by this Court that this Court had not imposed any other and further amount upon the petitioner. This Court had refused to interfere with the judgment of the learned court below for the reasons shown in its order.

5. The modification application is devoid of merit and is dismissed accordingly.
