The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Khirhar P.S. Case No. 37/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/354/354(a)/379/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is serious allegation against the petitioner that he tried to commit rape upon the victim.

Learned counsel for the State has taken into various paragraphs of the case diary.

In these circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

It is, accordingly, dismissed.
