JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-01-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within four weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court. This Court has been informed that while in judicial custody inside the jail, the petitioner caught cold and died on 14.01.2022, therefore, this application is, thus, dismissed as having become infructuous leaving all questions relating to the cause of death in judicial custody and the consequences thereof open for consideration in appropriate proceeding. Mr. Md Fahimuddin, learned APP for the State is present.
