The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a), 38(1) (2), 41(1) (2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. In paragraph-3 of the bail petition, the petitioner has got some criminal antecedents, hence, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected.
