2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 683 of 2023 registered under Sections 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 63 and 65 of Copyright Act.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioners were selling fake Fevikwik. On raid, 1215 pieces of Fewikwik were recovered from the groceries shops of these petitioners.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to police mechanism. Further submission is that petitioners have no knowledge about original or duplicate Fevikwik and during course of raid, they also produced the original bills before the informant to check its veracity but without testing the veracity of the bills, this false and fabricated case has been lodged against these petitioners. It is lastly submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 683 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
