It has been submitted that due to typographical error in 6th paragraph of the order dated 24.11.2017, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail, „Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Special Case No.13 of 2017 arising out of Mashrakh P.S. Case No.67 of 2017‟ has been typed in place of "Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.54 of 2017".

In view of such, order dated 24.11.2017 is modified to the extent that in place of „Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Special Case No.13 of 2017 arising out of Mashrakh P.S. Case No.67 of 2017‟ it

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52792 of 2017 (4) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 should be read as "Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.54 of 2017".

Four weeks‟ further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.54 of 2017, in terms of the order dated 24.11.2017. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
