From the pleadings on record, it appears that there is dispute between the petitioner and respondent no. 3, as both of them claimed to be the legally married wife of the deceased employee, Late Sharda Nand Jha, who was a Ward Attendant in Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College and Hospital, Bhagalpur.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner and respondent no. 3 state that the dispute between the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13409 of 2012 (4) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 petitioner and respondent no. 3 has since been amicably resolved.

Considering the aforesaid stand, this writ application is disposed of with an observation that the authority shall proceed in accordance with law in the matter of payment of post retiral dues.
