Since the TET, giving opportunity to such Teachers, who has failed twice, has already been held, the outcome of the result in which the petitioner has participated will govern the issue. If the petitioner has not chosen to appear in the said examination, even that will work against the interest of the petitioner, if she wants to claim benefit of continuance after having failed twice over in the said examination.
