2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 119 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 409, 419, 420 and 120B IPC which was earlier rejected by order dated 14.08.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 14734 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner was not in regular employment of the Company rather was merely working as a commission agent.

4. Considering that there is no change in the overall situation since earlier rejection of the petitioner's bail petition, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5648 of 2015 (2) dt.17-02-2016 bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
