JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 144 of 2017, registered under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of enticing away the daughter of the informant by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion as petitioner is the co-villager of the informant. Moreover, the victim has not disclosed the name of the petitioner, which would appear from her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

No.47363 of 2017 (2) dt.06-10-2017 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Haspura P.S.
