This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Khushrupur Police Station Case No.323 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

About 40 litres of country made liquor has been recovered. The petitioner is said to be engaged in illegal trade of illicit liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2023. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner as well as the fact that he is a lady, this application is allowed.
