The application seeks modification in the order dated 22.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30912 of 2015 whereby the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail upon surrendering within three weeks.

It is stated that owing to illness of the petitioner, he could not surrender within the time granted by this Court and promptly the present application was filed.

Having heard the Counsel for the petitioner and the complainant, the application is allowed. The time granted under order dated 22.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 30912 of 2015 (in connection with Complaint Case No. 4197 of 2013 ) is extended to
