2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a detail representation before the Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division, Motihari (respondent no.5) for making payment of all the retiral dues under different heads.

Considering the nature of relief(s) as sought for in the present case, the Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division, Motihari (respondent no.5) is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and ensure to make payment of all the admissible retiral dues to the petitioner including the sanction of pension etc. within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of this order.

4. In case of any delay in making payment of the retiral dues to the petitioner, the Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division, Motihari (respondent no.5) must also ensure to grant statutory interest till the date of making payment of retiral dues to the petitioner.

7. With the above observation/directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
