This Court vide order dated 15.04.2014 has passed in C.W.J.C No. 15268 of 2010 whereby the direction was given to the Vice-Chancellor to dispose of the representation. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of and the matter has been sent to the syndicate.

In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed the contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, this comtempt application is dismissed.
