JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections-354(B), 379 & other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of attempting to outrage modesty of the informant by entering into her house in the night.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Chainpur PS Case No. 30 of 2018 is refused.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29407 of 2018 (2) dt.31-05-2018 below within three weeks and seek regular bail, failing which, the court below shall be at liberty to take proper action against him. (Birendra Kumar, J) A.K.V./- U T
