Having regard to the fact that the only prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for speedy disposal of the Arbitration Case No. 135 of 2023 pending before Respondent No. 2, i.e., the Commissioner-CumArbitrator of National Highway Authority of India, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga. The present writ petition is disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7243 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 directing the Respondent No. 2, i.e., the Commissioner-CumArbitrator of National Highway Authority of India, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga to pass final orders strictly in accordance with law in Arbitration Case No. 135 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner or any other person shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
