The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 575 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 304B and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the serious nature of allegation made in the FIR, which goes to suggest that within three years of marriage daughter of the informant, who was married to the elder brother of the petitioner was murdered in her matrimonial home in the most brutal
