JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 This application seeking review has been filed in respect of an order dated 14.03.2019, passed in CWJC No. 18629 of 2017. By the said order, the writ application was permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy either under the provisions of Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2009 or by way of filing suit before a Civil Court of competent jurisdiction.

In view of the nature of order passed, no case for review of the order is made out.

Patna High Court C. REV. No.137 of 2019(3) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the order of the Circle Officer, Danapur passed in Mutation Case No. 342/7/2017/18 dated 22.06.2017 was under challenge in the writ proceeding, whereas the application for mutation was filed on subsequent date. This oral statement at the bar cannot be a basis for review of an order. This application is, thus, disposed of.
