The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Total 160 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from two motorcycles.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged recovery.. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of any of the motorcycle in question. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean
