Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 276 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 4(i) & 4(x) of the Bihar Mining Act (Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules), 1972. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case with ulterior motive. Petitioner no. 1 is the driver and petitioner no. 2 is the owner of the tractor in question. As a matter of fact, the said tractor was carrying sand with valid challan as is evident from Annexure-2.
