This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.03.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No. 72 of 2013 passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV dismissing aforesaid Criminal Revision of the petitioners filed against the order dated 16.03.2013 of the Court of learned Sub Divisional
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4615 of 2015 (2) dt.23-01-2017 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram rejecting the application under Section 339 Cr. P. C. for discharge arriving at conclusion that there is sufficient material to frame the charge. On going through the impugned order, it appears that the learned Sessions Judge-IV, Sasaram dismissed the revision of petitioner preferred against the order dated 16.03.2013 of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram rejecting the application for discharge that there is sufficient material for framing charge under Section 498 (A) Indian Penal and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. I find no illegality, accordingly, this application is dismissed.
